Faulty items

Please note** As crystals are naturally formed pieces, made by Mother Nature, there will always be instances where natural cracks and lines are formed during the growth process. We always quality check each piece thoroughly to ensure that any natural fissures are minor and somewhat 'in tact'.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at thecrystalworkshopinfo@gmail.com with photos of the item and we will let you know the next step. 

Please ensure the item is properly packed and secured in the same manner it was sent. If item is deemed to be faulty, we will send you a similar replacement item of the same value or issue you with a store credit.

Damaged items 

If an item happens to come to you damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at thecrystalworkshopinfo@gmail.com with photos of the item and we will let you know the next step.
