Shungite is a unique rare stone made up of 99 percent carbon which was first found in Shunga, a village located in Karelia, Russia.
It is characterised by its matte black chalk-like appearance, and can often leave small amounts of residue when handled.
It is prized for acting as a protective barrier against electromagnetic fields (EMF). It has been proven to purify and detoxify water, and has similar benefits towards the human body.
